Open day terms and conditions

^{£20 deposit required to secure appointment, this is redeemable against treatment if patient decides to go ahead. The deposit can be refunded if the patient is not suitable for treatment. If a patient does not attend the appointment booked, then the deposit is non-refundable.}

^{Offer is only valid for those who attend the open day on 07/11/2026 and Patient must agree to treatment within 1 calendar month in order to receive the offer.}

^{The Invisalign® and fixed braces / discount only applies where the first appointment in relation to this offer is booked and attended before 23:59 on 07/11/26. This offer is open for all individuals who are existing and/or new patients at McGrath Dental & Implant Clinic.} 

^{Patients must be dentally fit in order to proceed with brace treatment, if additional treatment is required before proceeding with the Invisalign or fixed brace treatment, this will be charged at an additional cost. The discount will be applied when the final payment is made following the completion of the full braces or Invisalign treatment. The offer will not apply to appointments booked for an initial consultation only. Appointments are subject to availability and are with Dr Gareth Hargreaves only.} 

 ^{In the event that the treatment is paid for upfront in full the discount will be applied at the point of payment. For all treatments which are not paid for upfront in full the discount will be applied when the final payment is made. Payments are subject to the standard practice policy which is available upon request. The discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments. All sales are final. In the event thatDr Gareth Hargreaves is unavailable for any appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, McGrath Dental & Implant Clinic will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. The braces and Invisalign discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.}

However,  McGrath Dental & Implant Clinic cannot guarantee that the treatment will be free from all risks. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues; we encourage you to contact the Practice immediately so that we can address your concerns. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights, including any claims for personal injury that may arise due to negligence. Please note that the Practice accepts no liability on behalf of the treating clinician and acts strictly as a liaison between the patient and the treating clinician only. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from McGrath Dental & Implant Clinic’s negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only.} 

 ^{McGrath Dental & Implant Clinic can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.}
